In the framework of its 2022-2023 work programme, LLC will initiate a cycle of seminars, Early career seminars on CIn 2022, LLC initiated a cycle of seminars dedicated to early career scholars (including, but not limited to, PhD students) with the aim to promote comparative labour law methodologies, and to nurture the dialogue between early career scholars and more established researchers.
This edition will be in presence, and held in the stunning Sicilian island of Salina. The topic for this edition is “Unjustified dismissal and judicial compensation: which role for the judge?”. After an opening session in which theoretical background is provided by established scholars, starting from a paper authored by Tatiana Sachs (Nanterre University), 20 early career scholars will work in different groups and present the results in a conclusive open session
