La condivisione del lavoro di cura è usualmente perseguito sul piano normativo attraverso l’adozione di divieti ed obblighi. Nel contributo si prospetta, in alternativa o in aggiunta, l’introduzione di misure che inducano i datori di lavoro e i lavoratori a comportamenti coerenti con il fine della condivisione.
The sharing of care tasks is usually pursued at the regulatory level through the adoption of prohibitions and impositions. In this contribution, the introduction of measures that induce employers and employees to behave in a way that is consistent with the goal of sharing is envisaged.
